WHAT'S NEW
FREEDOM is the youthful tale of a boy named Takeru in a lunar world
set 300 years after the 1969 Apollo Project.
The young Takeru, Kazuma, and Biz are the main characters,
who each liven up the story with their strong wills and occasional foolish acts.
In addition, we used 3D computer graphics
for FREEDOM’s main characters in an attempt to blend with 2D animation.
The entire staff focused their efforts on taking on the new challenge of
how to express the spirit of “mankind” in the scenes.
I think we were successful in bringing that out in this work.
With Americans being very familiar with lunar exploration, Takeru’s special jacket, spacecraft and more, I’d be happy if the work is something that everyone can enjoy.
I sincerely hope that everybody loves the world of FREEDOM.
