Bandai Entertainment Announces Its Latest Anime Acquisitions and News at Anime Expo 2003
Cypress, CA (July 7, 2003) Bandai Entertainment announced at Anime Expo this past weekend several new anime title acquisitions for 2004 DVD home video release in North America as well as an announcement for its first stand alone CD soundtrack release.
Titles Announced and Confirmed
Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex
Wolf’s Rain (From Studio BONES original creators of Cowboy Bebop)
.hack//DUSK (The new anime series in the .hack franchise)
Kikaider OVA (Currently broadcast on Cartoon Network)
Yukikaze (From Studio GONZO creators of Blue Sub 6 and Hellsing)
Taruto (Working Title: Magical Meow Meow)
Tenshi no Shippo (Working Title: Angel’s Tale)
Galaxy Angel (Manga to be released by Broccoli)
Stratos 4
Dragon Drive
Zeta Gundam
Gundam F-91
In addition, Bandai Entertainment will also be launching its first stand alone CD Soundtrack release in October for the immensely popular .hack//SIGN television series. Release will begin with the original CD soundtrack for .hack//SIGN with further details
pending for future releases thereafter.
