Eureka SeveN SE Vol. 10 packaging missing insert; Bandai Entertainment offers it with proof of purchase
October 26, 2007 (Cypress, CA) Bandai Entertainment Inc. announced today that the Eureka Seven Special Edition Vol. 10 was shipped with a missing shelf insert that is normally included in previous Eureka SeveN Special Edition releases. No other aspect of the product is defective.
If a customer purchased the Special Edition and would like to have the missing insert sent to them, Bandai Entertainment Inc. will provide it, but is requesting the customer send a written request along with a copy of proof of purchase and make sure to include name, address, contact information (i.e. email address or phone number) and send to: Bandai Entertainment Inc., Attn: Customer Service, 5551 Katella Ave, Cypress Ca 90630.
To reiterate this is for Eureka Seven Special Edition Vol. 10 only.
